Michael Garry's says 'to get a pert bottom you need to do a serious of lunges and squates working on the  glutes, hamstrings and quads. Walking lunges are very effective combined with static lunges.  Doing a serious of 3 sessions of 12 to 15 reps on each leg should see quick improvements.
